Manage or cancel your subscription
NowNow subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store, so you manage and cancel them in your Mac App Store account settings, not through us. Either:
- On your Mac, open System Settings, click your name (Apple Account), then Subscriptions.
- Or open the App Store, click your account at the bottom of the sidebar, then Manage Subscriptions.
Select NowNow to change or cancel your plan. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Use of NowNow is covered by Apple's standard Terms of use (licensed application end user licence agreement).
Refunds
Apple, not us, handles all payments for NowNow, including refunds. We can't see or change your payment details. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account and choose the NowNow purchase.
